Moonlight Magic 2025 - Warsaw, NY

Taking place in the Village of Warsaw, this amazing annual event that celebrates the season, shopping local, and our community! 

Enjoy a day full of festive fun with store and restaurant specials, contests, and a holiday-themed fire parade with a warming fire. The chili contest kicks off at 4:30 pm, with the main events running from 5 pm to 9 pm. Plus, merchant sales and other activities from 9 am to 9 pm—don’t miss out!

Here's the full slate of events:

• All day – Merchant Sales and Restaurant Specials

• All day - Elf on a Shelf! Participating locations will have Elves to find and prizes

• Live Music and Caroling throughout downtown area

• 4-8pm - Food Trucks (located at Hillside/Napa/Liberty Way area) - new this year! Windy Brew serving their amazing brewsl

• 4-9pm - Craft/Vendor Show and Chinese Auction at Warsaw Moose

• 4:30-6:30pm – Santa @ Core Learning Center w/ Photos (29 N. Main St)

• 4:30-6:30pm - Kids Crafts and Fun @ Core Learning Center by Fidelis

• 5:00-7:30pm - Chili Contest @ select locations

• 5-7:30pm - Bells for Kids & Smore Kits for Fire@ Hillside Children's Center

• 5-7:30pm - Hot Cocoa Station@ Spotlight Theater

• 5:30-7:30pm - Warming Bonfire@ Liberty Way

• 6:30pm - Grinch Story Time @ Studio Cafe

• 6:30pm - Hometown Heroes Banner Retirement Ceremony@ Warsaw Fire Hall

• 6:30pm - Just Gotta Dance and Cookies @ Warsaw Fire Hall

• 7:30pm - Christmas Dance Spectacular - Dance Creations at the monument

• 7:45pm - Fire Truck Parade on Main Street

• 8pm – Santa Lights the Monument

• 8pm – Live Music by Dave Knaudt at Amber Lantern Brewing
